TIM BARTELL: Creator, Writer/Director, Executive Producer
Founder of Doggie Dream Productions and producer of festival award winner FIRST DATE MELTDOWN, Tim wrote and directed the comedy web-series FUN WITH WAR CRIMES to lay bare the falsehoods and infamy of the Bush Administration. And to impress Janeane Garofalo. (Answer my letters, Janeane!) Tim’s breakthrough acting role came in the film MEATBALLS II, playing a teen kissing a girl at camp. Tragedy strikes when their braces suddenly lock! Devestated when the Academy failed to nominate this fine performance, Tim turned to writing and directing.

AVI DE TURENNE: Executive Producer, On Set Chess Advisor
We were very excited to get Mr. de Turenne on board with this project. He came with extensive entertainment experience as the brother of brilliant stunt driver Liz Rocklin of DUKES OF HAZZARD fame and as the son of the profound production manager Gilles A. de Turenne renowned for his work with Roger Corman & Peter Bogdanovich in the 1968 classic VOYAGE TO THE PLANET OF PREHISTORIC WOMEN starring Mamie Van Doren sporting a cockleshell top that continues to influence film fashion today. Unfortunately, the scene upon which we planned to call Mr. de Turenne's main arena of expertise (166,000 troops dressed as pawns on a chessboard in the shape of Iraq) was cut for budgetary considerations. So he really didn't do much except eat most of the food on the set. Also, we think he might have written some stuff in the past.
BRUNO SAN RAFAEL: Editor
Bruno claims to have been born in Morocco to third generation Spanish exiles. Before becoming an editor, he got kicked out of law school for selling test answers to first year students. His college adviser told him he was more suited for the entertainment industry. He likes to brag about spending three years in Maui learning to surf, but his roommate says Bruno doesn't even own a swimsuit. He enjoys editing in the nude and is slowly getting the hang of Final Cut. He quite enjoys it. His roommate...not so much. He speaks two languages fluently, and three others so-so

JIM NIEB: George Bush

In December 2006 Jim appeared as George W Bush on Japanese television for a huge end of year celebration — and now, "Fun With War Crimes."

ALEX DODD: Tribunal Head
While fulfilling his parents wishes of studying medicine at California State University Northridge, Alex also pursued a career in acting for movies and television. Because he just wasn't busy enough, Alex also founded Easy Street Motorsports (also known as ESX). An automotive performance and race facility that eventually lead him to race for Subaru of America for over 7 years and achieve a certain celebrity racing status. ESX became a 2 Time NHRA National & World Champion, 18 Time NHRA event champion, Rally America Champion and a world record holder.
Alex landed his first television role, as a very fitting mechanic-racer named GREASE on the NBC show SAVED BY THE BELL. He then started working on a string of feature films such as THREE KINGS, GODZILLA, HBO's GUARDIAN and THE SIEGE. While most of his feature film projects were dramatic roles Alex started showing his comedic funny bone on the small screen and landed the reoccurring role of "Sanjib" on the CBS hit show THE KING OF QUEENS. He kept the smiles going as he worked on another CBS show CITY GUYS, the singing foreign exchange student "Bjorgy" on the FOX children show THE MASKED RIDER and the very funny JAMIE KENNEDY EXPERIMENT.
Ali can be seen in a supporting role in the feature film HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU, based on the best selling book. Alex is playing the character of "Skip" along side a star studded cast including Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Connolly, Ben Affleck, Justin Long, Kevin Connolly & more. www.alexdodd.com and www.esxmotorsports.com
JOHN M. CLEMENT - Karl Rove
After teaching science in a girls’ Catholic high school in New Hampshire and doing a couple of seasons of summer stock, John heeded the call of NYC. It turned out to be a wrong number, but he got to be an extra in THE COTTON CLUB and some other films, he learned to make theatrical footwear and cowboy boots, and was the lead in a melodrama that was so far off Broadway it was practically in New Jersey. After coming to L.A., he went back to teaching in middle school, then kindergarten. Rather than progressing to toddler daycare, he chose the other option of going back to acting. He’s actually had a few paid gigs, including being chased and eaten by giant ants in the straight-to-video classic, GLASS TRAP, with Stella Stevens and C. Thomas Howell. (So that’s what happened to them…) Thrilled to be cast as the ultimate evildoer, Karl Rove, John has written a number of books, plays and screenplays while waiting for the phone to ring and trying to keep his swimming pool from turning green.
JOSEPH CULLITON: Donald Rumsfeld
Joseph Culliton acted on Broadway in Gore Vidal's THE BEST MAN, a play depicting the behind-the-scenes drama at a deadlocked Democratic Convention. Hmm. He's also been on GENERAL HOSPITAL, LAW AND ORDER, ALL MY CHILDREN, ONE LIFE TO LIVE, STRANGERS WITH CANDY, and LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN in which he played George Washington. In his long theatrical career, he has also portrayed Richard Nixon, Henry Kissinger and Abraham Lincoln, but considers Donald Rumsfeld the role of a lifetime. This summer, come see him in TWELFTH NIGHT and HENRT IV at LA's Independent Shakespeare Company.
PIA GLENN: Condoleeza Rice
Pia Glenn wore some spectacular costumes as the Lady of the Lake in the First National Tour of Monty Python's SPAMALOT, and on Broadway as the leading lady in KAT AND THE KINGS and the leading Amazon in THE FROGS. She has shown her boobies and her nani-nani onstage in Ronnie Larsen's PEEP SHOW (Off-Broadway), HAIR (twice; in Boston and in LA!), and in the Royal Shakespeare Company's epic play TANTALUS (from which she has the distinction of having been fired). The top of one boobie made an appearance when she played Aldonza in a Los Angeles production of MAN OF LAMANCHA; the right boobie handled evening shows and the left only did matinees. She's also guest-starred on some television shows, danced in a few music videos, and written a few things, but she did all of those things fully clothed so, really, who cares?
TOM KATSIS: President Lincoln
Tom Katsis loves inhabiting the character of President Lincoln on great projects like FUN WITH WAR CRIMES. He also recently appeared on CSI/CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION and is currently promoting his dramatic short GUSTAV'S BRUSH which he starred in and also co-produced. He's been cast in the upcoming feature VOICELESS ROAR set to shoot in June and is co-producing another untitled full-length feature. Tom, after being in Hollywood for a few years, finally figured out it's not a bad idea to jump start your own projects.
TONY ROSSI: Harpo

Zadran started his acting career in Germany as a child in theater, before moving to San Diego at the age of 17. There he performed in numerous stage productions, TV shows and films. About five years ago he decided to give Los Angeles a try and currently things seem fairly promising. Very recently Zadran took on one of his biggest challenges yet...Producing and acting in a stage production of MODIGLIANI.
DANIEL TOSCANO: Jesus H. Christ
Though born in California, Daniel was raised in New Jersey. It was in the Garden State that he learned the colloquial tongue: sarcasm. Eventually, he moved back west to attend U.C.L.A. And though his education was paving the way towards law, he found himself working on film sets after graduation. What started as a career behind the lens doing lighting soon transitioned to the illustrious aspirations of being in front of the camera. For years he was a member of a wildly popular, subversive sketch comedy troupe, which performed weekly around Los Angeles. Daniel has studied with the Groundlings, Lesly Kahn, Judith Weston and others. He is represented commercially by Origin Talent and theatrically by the Chasin Agency. Actually, Daniels biography reads much like Jesus’: hanging out with prostitutes, crimes against Rome, healing the sick, raising the dead, etc. So he was honored and excited to portray the messiah in FUN WITH WAR CRIMES. On that note, Daniel would like to apologize for sustaining the notion that Jesus looks more like Barry Gibb than the Son of God should.

He also wrote and directed the well received comedy short NEUTRAL GROUND, which can be seen on MySpace (http://www.myspace.com/neutralground2006).

Other work includes directing Art Shulman's THE RABBI and the GRAVEDIGGER at The Lonny Chapman Group Repertory Theatre. Also at GRT, she performed in the title roles of THE RABBI & THE SHIKSA and EMMA AND TEDDY. and in God, BRING ME A MIRACLE!
